桥吊主梁的简易优化设计

摘    要:桥式起重机主梁断面是保证结构强度、刚度的关键尺寸.本文推荐的简易优化方法,全面考虑强度、刚度条件,可一次计算,确定断面尺寸.实现了快、准、优的设计目的,可代替反复试算、简单估算的现行设计方法,大中小厂矿、教学设计均可采用的一种新方法.

Abstract:Cross-sectional dimensions of the girder is the. key, to satisfying strength and rigidity for overhead travelling crane designing. This paper gives a simple optimum method for cross-section design. It can define cross-sectional dimensions optimally and quickly with considering both stress, displacement and eigenfrequency constraints at the same time. It can take the place of repeated calculation of current design method. It can be easily carried out with a Compute.
