| Abstract: | The dispatching of a power network with m stations and n users is investigated. A single balancing model and a two stage dispatching model for the power network dispatching are developed respectively. Based on the definitions of route and optimal dispatching matrix, the direct optimal principle of cell route, or the once scanning and twice scanning principle, is presented and proved. An optimization algorithm is also given. A numerical example describing the complete procedure of calculation is shown. |
