摘    要:研究m个电站n个用户的电网调度问题,建立电力调度的二次平衡模型,证明关于元的直接优化原理并给出优化算法,用数据实例给出了计算过程.

Abstract:The dispatching of a power network with m stations and n users is investigated. A single balancing model and a two stage dispatching model for the power network dispatching are developed respectively. Based on the definitions of route and optimal dispatching matrix, the direct optimal principle of cell route, or the once scanning and twice scanning principle, is presented and proved. An optimization algorithm is also given. A numerical example describing the complete procedure of calculation is shown.
