800—2600eV电子对氖和氩原子的散射全截面绝对测量

摘    要:介绍中能电子与氖和氩原子碰撞的散射全截面测量,分别给出800—2600ev电子对氖和氩原子的绝对散射全截面.实验结果的系统误差约为2.0%,统计误差约为2.5%.还把测量结果与已有的各实验结果作了比较分析.

Abstract:This paper introduces the measurements of the total cross section for nitermediate-energy electron scattering on Ne and Ar and presents the absollute total-cross-sections of Ne and Ar with the systematical errors of about 2. 0% and the statistical errors of about 2.5% in the energy range 800-2600 eV.The measurement results and available experimental results are compered.
