计算三维狭缝流动的有限元新方法

摘    要:提出一种新的求解狭缝流动的计算方法即有限块法,把三维问题化为二维问题,从而大大节省了计算机内存,缩短计算时间,比三维有限单元法要简便得多。并且还用此法处理了板材挤出模具矩形狭缝流道中的三维熔体流动问题,取得了很好的效果。表明该法在工程应用中有着很好的前景。

Abstract:A new method is presented of solving flow in thin gap finite block method,which enables us to reduce three-dimensionl problems to two-dimensional,ones, thus saving a great deal of computer internal memory and time. It is much more convenient than the three-dimensional finite element method. We have solved the flow of three-dimensional melt in sheet die with this method with Satisfactory results. It is demonstrated that the method is rather promising in the application of enginneering.
