摘    要:利用超临界CO2流体提取沙蒿籽油,并对油脂的化学成分进行气相色谱一质谱分析.结果表明,沙蒿籽油中特征族组分为脂肪酸类物质,占检出物的70%,其次是维生素E、红没药醇及植物固醇类和黄酮类等功能成分,其亚油酸和维生素E含量之高在植物油中较为罕见.

Abstract:Artemisia sphaerocephala krasch is an important plant grown in desert regions. The seeds is rich in nutrient. Seed oil, extracted by supercritical carbon dioxide fluid, of which axunge components was analysised by gas chromatography-mass spectrography. The results showed that fatty acid of seed oil was the major components by 70% of the whole tested, followed by VE, bisaboll, plant steroid and flavonoid, especially the concentration of linoleic acid and VE was so high rarely found among the plant oil.
