摘    要:完成了用于寒冷海区半潜式采油平台的高韧性金属材料大尺寸焊接试件缝金属区及焊接热影响区的CTOD(裂纹尖端张开嘴位移)试验,获得了焊缝金属区和热影响区的低温CTOD值,讨论了试验方法及试验现象。

Abstract:Crack tip opening displacement (CTOD) tests of large scale welding joint under low temperature are accomplished. These tests have been done for semi sunk platform which will be used in severe cold ocean regions. Through these tests, the authors have obtained the CTOD value for welding region and heat affected zone under low temperature. Besides, experiment methods and some phenomena during tests are discussed.
