| 摘 要： | 多样人口的聚集是形成城市多样性的基础,城市多样性的本质是满足各种人群不同需求的能力.详细阐述城市多样性所包含的3个层次的含义,使之成为能够指导城市规划发展的原则之一,并以浙江省台州市黄岩区第三产业规划为例,说明城市多样性理念在城市规划中的应用. |

| Abstract: | People gathering in the city are the foundation of the urban diversity,and the nature of the urban diversity is the power to satisfy the need of the people.Expatiate the three levels of the concept to differ with other "diversity",to make it the principle to guide the planning.At last,take the planning of the service industry in Huangyan as the case to explain the application of the urban diversity in urban planning. |
