子午加速轴流风机最优化设计方法的研究

摘    要:本文通过对叶道内的流动损失与气动参数和结构参数间关系的研究,在叶道无叶间隙处气体流动的各基本方程式、扩压因子关系式的基础上,运用最优控制理论建立了子午加速轴流风机最优化设计的数学模型。由于模型的奇异性,本文应用奇异控制原理、广义梯度原理和受控涡流设计思想导出了子午加速轴流风机最优“流型”的设计模型和计算程序。通过最优化设计计算和叶轮性能实验,证明与未优化的叶轮相比绝热滞止效率可提高3%。

Abstract:According to the relation between pressure losses of internal flow and aerodynamic-construction parameters, the governing equations for gas flow in vaneless space, the formula of diffusion factor , and given design parameters, a mathematic model of optimal design for meridicnal acceleration axial fan has been derived by using optimal control theory. Because of the singularity of this model,singular control theory,generalized gradient principle and design thought of controllable vortex are applied in this paper to derive a designing model and a calculating program of optimal flow pattern of this type of fan. By optimal designing and performance testing of the impeller, it is proved that the efficiency can be raised about 3% comparing with ordinary impeller.
