| Abstract: | To construct a democratic government by law is the basis of a socialism harmonious society. At current, our country also has some "inharmonious" phenomenon in the democratic government by law. Therefore, we must practically strengthen the construction of the democratic government by law to provide the political safeguard for the socialism harmonious society. |
