| 摘 要： | 对数字图书馆发展建设的概况及现状进行了分析与阐述，并通过对我国数字图书馆建设与发达国家之间差距的分析，提出我国由传统型图书馆向数字图书馆转化过程中必须经历3个阶段，即自动化管理阶段，单体数字化图书馆阶段及互联网数字图书馆阶段。
