| 摘 要： | 本文通过对心理学这门科学的分析,指出了当前高校教育工作者所应具有的心理品质。浅述了在当前形势下的高校教育工作者要学会运用相关的心理学知识,加强自身的心理品质的培养,为提高教育工作的说服力、感染力和自身行为的影响力打下坚实的基础。

Analysis of The Psychological Quality of University Educators |

| Abstract: | This paper indicates the psychological quality that the current educators of universities should have by the analysis of the science of psychology . It discusses that in current situation the educators of universities should learn to use the relevant knowledge of psychology to enhance their own qualities of psychology and lay a solid foundation of heightening the persuasion and fascination of teaching and the influence of their own actions. |
