基于AMESim的摊铺机自调平系统的仿真研究

摘    要:摊铺机调平系统在实际工作中存在调平速度慢,调平准确度低等现象。为解决这些问题,本文设计了带有高速开关阀的自调平系统方案,建立了自调平压系统的仿真模型,在AMESim软件中进行了自调平系统的仿真研究,分析了自调平系统的响应特性。仿真的结果表明提出的带有高速开关阀的自调平方案具有良好的性能指标,可以提高摊铺机所铺路面的平整度。

Abstract:Paver automatic leveling system when work exists leveling slow and accuracy low phenomenon. To solve these problems, we designed a self--leveling system solutions with high--speed switching valve, a simulation model of self--leveling pressure system was simulated self--leveling system in AMESim software to analyze the self--leveling system response. The simulation results show that the proposed scheme with self-leveling high--speed switching valve has a good performance, can improve the flatness paver paving surface.
