建立高效液相色谱-串联质谱同时检测蔬菜、水果中阿维菌素和甲维盐残留的方法．样品用乙腈高速匀浆提取，氨基固相萃取柱净化，在加热电喷雾离子源正离子模式采集，三重四级杆质谱仪选择性反应监测模式下进行测定．阿维菌素和甲维盐在5．0450．0μg／L范围内具有良好的线性关系（r〉0．995）．在基质样品中添加5、10和20μg／kg3个水平的药物，其平均回收率范围为72．3%-108．6％，相对标准偏差为3．6%-12．6％，可以满足蔬菜和水果中阿维菌素与甲维盐的同时检测．

Determination of avermectin and emamectin residues in vegetables and fruits by high performance liquid chromatography and tandem mass spectrometry

A method for the determination of avermectin and emamectin in vegetables and fruits by high performance liquid chromatography and tandem mass spectrometry has been developed.
