自密实混凝土与老混凝土黏结滑移试验研究

摘    要:以自密实混凝土(SCC)作为新混凝土材料,进行了老混凝土刻槽下的黏结滑移试验研究,研究纯剪状态下新老混凝土黏结面缸结滑移曲线.试验结果表明,黏结滑移面滑移可分为弹性变形、弹塑性变形以及塑性破坏三个阶段.在相同条件下,刻槽密度越大,试件的黏结性能越好.利用四次多项式对试验曲线进行拟合,建议适合于自密实混凝土与老混凝土黏结面应力一应变关系的数学模型.

Abstract:With the self- compacting concrete (SCC) taken as the new concrete, the experimental research on direct shear behavior of adhesion between existing and new concrete are performed. The study on the Bond - slip curves between existing and new concrete. The experimental results show that the Bond - Slip curves can be divided into three stages: the elastic deformation, elastic - plastic deformation and plastic failure. Increase the bonding area can improve the bond behavior under the same reaction conditions. The Bond- slip curve of self- compacting concrete and old concrete was fitted utilizing quartic polynomial. Mathematical expression for shear stress - strain curve of self - compacting concrete was regressed.
