器械清洗酶相容性研究

摘    要:从淀粉酶和蛋白酶不同活力比值的配伍,研究了用于器械清洗酶之间的相容性和稳定性。结果表明淀粉酶和蛋白酶混合液体的相容性与条件因素有关,适宜的配伍活比值能提高酶的相容性;而两酶活力比值不仅对混合酶液稳定性影响较大,且与混合酶洗对器械的去污垢能力有关。

Compatibility studies on enzyme cleaners for apparatus

Abstract:An analysison compatibility and stability of enzymes for equipment cleaning on the basis of different energy ratios of amylase and protease.The result proves that the compatibility of mixed liquid of amylase and protease is related to condition factors,appropriate energy ratio can improve the compatibility of enzymes.The energy ratio of the two enzymes affects not only the stability but also the dirt-removing power of the mixed enzyme liquid.
