项目团队学习的涵义、形式与模型研究

摘    要:项目团队效能的提升需要所有团队成员的共同努力与学习,高水平的团队学习能够提高项目团队的整体搭配能力。项目团队的学习要从系统思维的角度,综合运用深度汇谈、讨论、行动学习等多种学习方式,既要关注个体学习、团队学习和组织学习三个层次上的学习,又要重视发生在学习系统内的各层次之间的学习。项目团队学习模型是项目团队组织团队成员进行有效学习的理论框架,要以有利于团队学习的方式推动项目团队的学习,从而有效地、持续不断地提升项目团队的效能。

Abstract:Improvement of effectiveness of project team needs the joint efforts and learning of all team members and high-level project team learning can improve the alignment of the team.From the angle of system thinking,project team learning has to comprehensively exert various learning forms such as dialogue,discussion,action learning and what's more,it has to not only focus on three levels of learning: individual learning,team learning and organization learning,but also attach importance to the learning occurs within the learning system among different levels.The model of project team learning is the theoretical framework by which the project team can organize team members to learn effectively and the model should be able to promote the project team learning through methods beneficial for team learning so that the effectiveness of project team can be improved continuously.
