可自动擦拭黑板的研究

摘    要:针对当前黑板手工擦拭费时费力,粉尘污染严重,对教学者伤害比较大等缺点,设计了可自动擦拭黑板.通过控制电动气泵推杆移动擦拭与清洗装置,实现压紧与退出从而实现擦拭与清洗过程,黑板上部的喷液装置和下部的盒装槽配合实现粉尘的收集.

Abstract:For the defects that time--consuming, serious chalk dust pollution and hurtful to educators in manual wiping of the present blackboard, we designed automatic wiping blackboard. From controlling the equipment of moving wiping by electric pump rod and the equipment of cleaning, it can be clamped and exited and then realize the process of wiping and cleaning. At the same time, it can realize the collection of chalk dust by the cooperation between the equipment of hydrojet on the top of blackboard and the boxed slot at the bottom of blackboard.
