真空炉冷非晶态合金钎料的微观组织

摘    要:研究了真空熔化炉冷晶态及非晶态Ni(80-x)Cr10B2.5Si4.5Fe3Cux合金钎料真空熔化炉冷组织形态,分析了铜的添加对合金钎料组织的影响.研究结果表明:非晶态钎料真空熔化炉冷后与相应的晶态比较组织上无大的差异,仅仅是固溶体含量的增加及共晶相更弥散分布.

Abstract:The structural pattern of amorphous filler metals Ni(80 x )Cr10B2.5 Si4.5 Fe3Cu x melted and cooled in vacuum is investigated and the influence of copper addition on the structure of the filler metals is analysed. The investigation results show that the structural difference of the amorphous filler metals melted and cooled in vacuum and crystalline filler metals with identical chemical compositions is very small, except for the increase of solid solution content and more dispersive cocrystallization phases within the former.
