| 摘 要： | 隐性知识是企业创新的原动力。基于隐性知识管理的SECI转化模型理论,从企业创新的层面分析了隐性知识得转化过程,进而探讨了隐性知识转化过程中的障碍,最后给出了促进企业创新中隐性知识转化的相应措施,使企业创新中隐性知识的有效转化成为可能。

| Abstract: | Tacit knowledge is the driving force behind firm innovation,and also the driving force behind core competencies.In this paper,I show the transformation from the view of firm innovation and point out the obstacles in the process of knowledge transformation and propose management method of tacit knowledge and make the management of tacit knowledge in firm innovation possible. |
