Preliminary Study about the Measures the Libraries Take to Fulfill the Requirement of Typical Academic Universities——In the Case of Ocean University of China

Libraries are one of the three basics in universities,which play a key role in the development of universities.In this article,unique marine information library,along with librarian and network resources were investigated to discuss the way by which libraries fulfill the requirement of the typical academic universities.
