| Abstract: | From the perspective of theories of teaching supervision combined with practice,this paper tries to examine four aspects concerned,i.e.the positioning of teaching supervision in the newly-upgraded universities,the setup and functions of organizations,the focus of the supervising work and the construction of the supervising team,so as to find ways to improve the teaching supervision. |
