摘    要:针对高氮量单基药包覆工艺要求苛刻、存在低温脱粘现象的问题,提出了利用界面处理来增加包覆层与基药的粘接强度的方法。通过不同温度下的落锤试验和拉伸试验,对高氮量单基包覆药的界面处理方法进行了研究,减轻了低温下的脱粘现象;分析了界面处理剂的作用原因,得出了多苯基烷多异氰酸酯的效果比硅烷偶联剂更好的结论。中止燃烧试验进一步证实了界面处理剂的有效性。

Abstract:In view of strict coating-technics and out-adhesive phenomena at low temperature of high nitrogenous content single-base coated propellant, the methods of enhancing affix-intensity between coating-layer and base-propellant by interface-treating reagent is put forward. By the method of impactive test and tensile test at different temperature, an interface-treating method of high nitrogenous content single-base coated propellant is studied, and the out-adhesive phenomena is lightened. The causes of the interface-treating regent are analyzed. It is concluded that the effect of the muhibenzy- lalkyl multiisoeyanate is better than the silicone twin-bond reagent. The effect of the interface regent is testified through the combustion-ceasing experiment.
