| 摘 要： | 采用TG—DTA热分析法对国产铝材轧制润滑添加剂及铝箔精轧油的热安定性、氧化安定性和热解清洁性能进行了研究．并成功地应用于制定工业生产退火工艺．取得到了良好的效果．这表明TG、DTA热分解曲线可以用于评定工艺润滑油的使用性能．并可得到十分有用的参数．科学地指导退火工艺．提高产品的质量和经济效益．

| Abstract: | The research on thermal stabili ty and oxidation stability and annealing cleanness of lubricating additives for aluminum rolling and foil fine rolling oil was made by means of TG-DTA in this p aper,which was successfully applied to annealing process of industrial productio n, and achieved the good effect. This showed that thermal analysis curves of TG- DTA could able to be used in assessing usage property of rolling lubricant and scientifically directing annealing process so as to raise product quality and to increase economical benefit. |
