二维极子在磁场中的性质

摘    要:本文采用线性组合算符法和微扰方法讨论二维弱耦合型的Frohlich极化子在弱磁场中的性质。在忽略二维电子于反冲效应中发射不同波矢的虚声子之间的相互作用的近似下,导出了在弱磁场中的二维极化子的能谱表达式及其电子的重正化回旋质量的表达式。并发现上述二个表达式与Sarma,Larsen和Peeters等人最近工作的结果基本一致。

Abstract:In this paper,the properties of a two-dimensional weak-coupling Frohlich polaron in a weak magnetic field are discussed by using the methods of the linear-combination operator and the perturbation. When the interaction between virtual phonons with different wave vectors in recoil effect is neglected, the expressions of the energy spectrum of the tow-dimensional polaron in the weak magnetic field and the renormalized cyclotron mass of the electron are derived. It is found that the above-mentioned expressions almost agree with these recent publications of Sarma, Larsen, Peelers et al.
