| 摘 要： | 在河北省人口素质与环境现状的基础上，从社会经济发展的角度分析了影响人口健康素质的环境因素，以及人口的科学文化素质与环境建设的关系，揭示了人口素质与环境相互作用的规律。运用持续发展的理论，提出协调人口、环境与发展的途径。
