| 摘 要： | 辅导员工作是高校育人工作中的重要组成部分.辅导员工作队伍建设不仅关系到高校思想政治工作的质量,而且对整个高校工作以及高校毕业生的将来产生重要影响.根据新建本科高校的特点,来探讨新建本科高校辅导员队伍的现状,管理特点及加强队伍建设的措施等.

| Abstract: | The work of the political instructors is an important part of the educational work in colleges and universities.The construction of political instructor team not only is related with the quality of the ideological and political work in colleges and universities,but also has significant effects on the entire work of colleges and universities as well as on the future of the university graduates.Based on the features of newly-built universities,this paper discusses the current situation of the university political instructor team in newly-built universities,the characteristics of management and the measures of strengthening the staff construction. |
