| 摘 要： | 对在ＡＢＳ塑料上电镀Ｃｕ／Ｎｉ双镀层的方法及镀层的结构与性能进行了研究。重点研讨了塑料的镀前预处理及电镀铜工艺。同时对镀层的电磁屏蔽性能做了较为细致的研究。结果表明，用ＡＢＳ电镀Ｃｕ／Ｎｉ材料做电子仪器的外壳，具有良好的电磁屏蔽性能。

| Abstract: | The present paper narrates the method for electroplating bilayers of Cu/Ni and the struc-ture and performance of the electroplating bilayers,discusses the pretreatment before electroplatingon plastics,and the processing of electroplating copper on plastics emphatically. The electromagneticshielding effectiveness of the electroplating bilayers was studied in ditail.The comparison of obserredvalues with calculated ones shows that the composite obtained by electroplating Cu/Ni on ABS plas-tics shows excellent electromagnetic shielding effectiveness when it is used as the shell of electronic e- quipments. |
