基于太阳能的光电导航搬运车的设计

摘    要:针对可再生新能源的应用及推广;设计以太阳能电池板提供电源,以PIC16F877A单片机为控制核心,以红外接收头F534、多谐振荡电路555等为光电导航的搬运车.采用TL494开关电源作为DC-DC变换以实现高效利用太阳能,利用PWM与LM293D控制、驱动电机.主机PIC16F877A和从机PIC12F675控制I/O口和555电路发送38KHZ的调制信号,由红外接收头F534及单片机解调,为搬运车提供准确的光电导航.实际测试表明,该搬运车运行可靠.

Abstract:For renewable energy applications and promote,The truck was designed with solar panels provide power,PIC16F877A microcontroller as core chip,infrared receiving F534,multivibrator 555 for the photoelectric navigation.TL494 as DC-DC switching power transformation to achieve efficient use of solar energy.PWM and LM293D were responsible to control and drive the motor.The host PIC16F877A and the slave PIC12F675 were responsible to control I/O port and circuit 555 to send 38KHZ modulated signal.IR receiver head F534 and MCU demodulated modulation signal.It provided the truck with accurate photoelectric navigation.Actual test showed that the truck is reliable.
