摘    要:运用电化学循环伏安(CV)和电化学石英晶体微天平(EQCM)方法研究了酸性介质中亚甲基二萘磺酸钠(NNO)和Cl-对铜阳极溶出过程和阴极沉积过程的影响.结果表明,NNO和Cl-单独存在时都抑制了铜阳极溶出和阴极沉积过程,但当NNO和Cl-共存时,对铜阳极溶出和阴极沉积过程的影响却变小.

Abstract:The influence of NNO and Cl- on the anodic dissolution and electrodeposition of Cu in acidic media was investigated by cyclic voltammetry and electrochemical quartz crystal microbalance(EQCM).The results demonstrate that NNO and Cl- both Inhibits the anodic dissolution and electrodeposition of Cu,but NNO + Cl- can little effect the anodic dissolution and electrodeposition of Cu.
