基于Struts架构的制证通业务系统

为避免第2代身份证(ID:IDentification)出现重号和信息差错等问题,制证通业务系统提出了省级数据集中的方式,采用Struts架构技术和大型数据库优化设计,实现了本地和异地身份证办理的功能。系统结合身份证的管理业务,采用3层架构,完成了从受理、审核、签发到制证的业务流程,直接省级数据库集中,省去了报送审批过程,实现了居民异地办证,加快了办证时间,规范了第2代身份证业务,极大简化了办证流程,能为群众提供更方便的办证服务。

Application of General Making ID Card Operation System Based on Struts Architecture

To avoid problems in appearing same numbers and information errors of the second version of the ID(Identification) card,a method which centralizes data in the province is adopted by the general making ID card operation system,this system realized the function of the ID card transaction wherever in the same places or in the different places using the technology of struts architecture and the optimized design of large-scale database.The management operation of ID card is integrated into this system,and through adopting three-tier architecture,it implements the operation flow from acceptance,auditing and sign to making card,and provides a standard operation on the second version of the ID card.Centralizing the direct data-base,leaving out process of report and examine,implementing transaction service of residenter in other terra,quicken time of transaction service,standarding operation of second era certificate,predigesting flow of transaction service,furthermore provides the more convenient ID transaction service for people.
