| 摘 要： | 本文分析了往复式压缩机阀片开启的最初阶段阀片所受的动态气体力、阀片的位移、阀片的运动速度和加速度的相互关系及变化规律,同时还分析了气缸中气体压力和阀腔中气体压力的变化。通过对动态结果与静态结果的比较分析,说明深入研究和精确测量阀片所受的动态气体力是必要的,其方法也是可行的。

| Abstract: | A new method for determining the dynamic gas forces on the valve plate of a reciprocating compressor has been developed. This paper shows the experimental and calculated results comparing with previous measurements of steady values. An analysis of the pressure variation in cylinder and suction plenum chamber, dynamic gas forces on valve plate, the displacement, and the velocity and acceleration of valve plate is carried out. The difference between dynamic and steady values of gas force has been seen. |
