摘 要: | 讨论了无机粒子填充聚合物复合材料储能模量的影响因素及其定量表征。用Du Pont动态力学分析仪,在温度-150~100 oC的范围内,测量了玻璃微珠填充低密度聚乙烯复合材料的动态力学性能。应用本文提出的储能模量公式估算了实验条件下的相对储能模量,并与前人发表公式的计算值加以比较。结果表明,本公式的预测值与实测数据较为吻合。

Storage Modulus and Characterization of Inorganic Particle-Filled Polymer Composites |

Abstract: | The factors affacting storage modulus and quantitative characterization of polymer composites filled with inorganical particles are discussed in this paper. The dynamical mechanical properties of glass bead filled low-density-polyethylene composites were measured by using a Du Pont dynamical mechanical analysis instrument in temperature range of -150~100 oC. The relative storage modulus of these composites were estimated by means of an equation proposed in this paper under experimental conditions, and compared with some equations published by other researchers. The results showed that the predictions for this equation were closer to the measured data. |
