| 摘 要： | 随着我国高等教育的大众化和高校学生人数的增加,大学生中处于"弱势群体"的学生也呈上升趋势,他们不能胜任大学里的社会角色,处于可能被淘汰的危险境地.因此,分析弱势群体产生的原因,了解其主要表现,充分认识加强其教育的必要性,坚持以人为本,解决他们当中存在的问题,加强对这些学生的激励和教育,促进他们的和谐发展,是一个现实而迫切的问题.

| Abstract: | With the popularization of the college education in China, the number of the college students increases rapidly. So does the number of the inferior group among them. The inferior group students are not qualified as a member of college society and face the danger of being eliminated through the keen competition. This paper thinks it is urgent to find out the reasons for its formation and its performance, in the hope of taking some measures to help them enjoy the efficient education they should have got. |
