| 摘 要： | 本文着重讨论了如何集扁电阻丝的厚度、长度与电阻值检测为一体,在线检测电阻丝的厚度、长度和每米电阻值,分析了厚度和电阻检测电路的工作原理,以及如何实现电脑对整个系统的控制,以保证电阻丝生产质量的一致性。

| Abstract: | In this paper, it was given that how to measure the thinkness and resistance of flat resistance wire togather on-line. The principle of the thinkness and the resistance measurement was analysed theoretically. A computer controlled system was designed in order to ensure a high quality resistance wire product. |
