| Abstract: | Through the analysis on the problems existing in our country's bid at present and the merits/demerits of the offer by engineering quantities list, and puts forward the suggestion of working out engineering quantities list rationally and reasonably for the purpose of making enterprises conduct engineering offer with high quality and increase the rate of bid winning. |
