| 摘 要： | 提出了一种新的静止图像压缩算法--基于小波变换的混合图像编码方法.该算法综合了多种编码方法的优点.经实验表明在高压缩比的情况下,本算法仍能获得满意的图像质量,优于目前已有的其它算法.

| Abstract: | Proposes a new still image compression algorithm based on wavelet transform. The algorithm draws the advantages of multi coding. It is displayed by the experiments that satisfactory image quality could be obtained and the algorithm is far better than other algorithms under the condition of the high compression rate. |
