遗传算法在PCB板元件检测中的应用

摘    要:介绍了一种基于图像模板匹配算法的PCB板元件自动快速检测方法.从实际应用出发,找到了一种合适的图像相似性度量方法.提出利用代间差分遗传算法优化其搜索匹配速度,给出了算法实现的全过程.用实际拍摄的PCB板元件进行了性能测试,验证了代间差分遗传算法能提高检测速度.

Abstract:A fast auto-detection method of printed circuit board(PCB) components based on image template matching is introduced.In view of practical utilization,a suitable approach of computing the image correlation coefficient is proposed.The intergenerational differential genetic algorithm(IDGA) is suggested to optimize its search matching speed,and the whole process implementing the algorithm is elaborated.To test its performance,the intergenerational differential genetic algorithm is compared with the single genetic algorithms by using the real picture of PCB components.It is concluded that intergenerational differential genetic algorithm approach is more efficient for auto-detecting the PCB components.
