江西省重点中学课余体育训练的现状调查

运用文献资料、问卷调查、实地访谈和逻辑分析等方法，对江西省重点中学课余体育训练的现状进行研究。结果表明，存在运动项目设置少，运动员大都来自低一级的普通中小学、运动水平低，教练员的自身运动经历浅、教学工作重、科研能力差，场地、器材欠质欠量，课余训练经费不足，经济效益差等问题。并提出适应21世纪学校课余体育训练的发展建议，以此促进江西省中学学校体育课余训练和谐、稳定发展。

A survey on the current situation of extracurricular training in the key middle schools of Jiangxi province

This study is keen on the current situation of out-of-class physical training in the key middle schools of Jiangxi province by means of literature -consulting,questionnaire survey,and interview and logic analysis. The results show that many problems exist,such as,physical training items in the middle schools are not enough,the athletes are often in low level since they came from the lower ordinary primary or middle school,couches are not so experienced and are not so good at doing scientific research and they are often under great pressure of teaching,training ground and facilities are not in high quality,the economic efficiency is low due to the lack of money used in physical training,etc. On basis of those problems,this paper presents several suggestions for physical training adapting to the development in the 21st century so as to promote a steady and harmonious development for it in the middle school of Jiangxi province.
