| 摘 要： | 房产贷款律师见证对增强当事人法制观念,促使房产合同、贷款合同的依法订立和履行,保护当事人的合法权益,监督稳定房产市场作用巨大,但其依然受到一些人成本过高的诟病。笔者在中国银行提供见证服务的律师事务所实习了数月之后,结合所学理论与实践为银行与广大房产买卖者算了一笔法律成本帐,并最终得出律师见证优于公证和普通私证,是房产贷款安全进行的最佳保障,其成本并不高。
