化学反应速率实验的优化

摘    要:《无机化学实验》教材中有关化学反应速率的实验有:NaHSO3和KIO3的反应;(NH4)2S2O8、KI和Na2S2O3的反应。两个实验的目的、方法和原理基本一致,但所用化学药品不同,用量也不一样,而化学药品消耗的多少直接影响到实验成本和环境污染。通过增加和减少任何一种反应物的浓度进行实验,并对结果进行分析。结果表明:选择KIO3和NaHSO3的反应,而且固定KIO3的浓度,增加或减少NaHSO3的浓度进行实验是最经济和最环保的。

Abstract:There are two reactions concerning chemical reaction ratio in Inorganic Chemistry Experiment : One is the reaction in the all NaHSO3 with KIO3 ; The other is the reaction in the all ( NH4 ) 2 S2O8, KI and Na2S2O3. The object, method and principle of the two chemical reactions arc similar, but chemical reagent and amount used is different, but the consumption of chemicals will directly affect the experiment cost and the environment pollution. The experiments arc carried out by reducing or increasing concentration of any reactant. The results showed that the experiment carried out by reducing or increasing the cencentmtion of NaHSO3 at fixed concentration of KIO3 is most economical and environment protective in the all NaHSO3 with KIO3.
