美托络尔对气管内插管时血流动力学的影响

摘    要:目的观察美托络尔对麻醉诱导气管内插管时血流动力学的影响。方法以异丙酚2 mg/kg静注麻醉诱导,于异丙酚前3 min A组给于0.9%N.S 2.0 mL,B组给于美托络尔0.04 mg/kg,观察诱导前、插管前、插管后不同时段的SBP、DBP、HR变化。结果插管前两组的SBP、DBP均有下降,HR亦有下降,但均在正常范围内;插管后,A组各项指标则均有大幅度上升,而B组各项指标有轻微波动,与A组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论全麻诱导气管插管前使用美托络尔可以有效地预防插管时的血压、心率剧烈波动,使患者血流动力学维持在较平稳状态,该给药方法起效快、简便、且安全可靠,值得推荐应用。

Abstract:Objective:To study the effects of Metoprolol on hemodynamic change in tracheal intubation dur-ing induction of anaesthesia.Methods: Group A were intravenous injected with physiological saline 2 mL,group B were intravenous injected with metoprolol(0.04mg / kg).After three minutes,the patients were intra-venous injected with propofol(2 mg / kg) to induce anaesthesia.The systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),Heart rate(HR)were observed before anesthesia induction,before tracheal intubation and after tracheal intubation.Results: Before tracheal intubation,SBP,DBP,HR of whole groups re-duced but still within normal range.SBP,DBP,HR of group A increased obviously after tracheal intubation,there were no obviously change in group B.Conclusion: Metoprolol can effectually prevent the change of blood pressure and heart rate in tracheal intubation.
