恒温浸种四唑法速测杉木种子生活力的研究

摘    要:根据种子四唑(2,3,5—TriphenylTetrazoliunChloride,缩写TTC)染色机理,从缩短种子吸胀时间入手,并通过不同的四唑溶液浓度、不同的染色温度,染色时间的试验,首次模索出恒温浸种缩短杉木种子四唑法生活力测定时间的技术。结果表明,这两种条件下测定的杉木种子生活力,与国家标准GB2772—81《林木种子检验方法》测定结果相吻合,且可缩短测定时间约2/3。

Abstract:This is the first time that gains the technigue of quick testing viability of Cunninghamia Lancedata Hook(China fir) soaked seed using Tripheng Tetra Zoloun Chloricle (TTC) mettod in constant temperature water after having been tested in different moistening periods, temperature, TTC concentrations, staining time. The result shows that it is identical to the National stand ard GB 2772-81 “Methods For Trees Seed Test” and can shorten the testing time about 23 .
