| 摘 要： | 同工酶在各种生物体内普遍存在,是生物化学一个重要研究内容。同工酶技术是生命科学研究中一个非常有力的工具,在农业、医学及生物学各个领域中受到广泛的应用。综述了柑桔研究中同工酶技术的应用,对同工酶技术的应用提出了需注意的一些方面,为今后的有关研究提供参考。

| Abstract: | Isozyme widely exists in organisms and is an important object in biochemical research.As a very useful tool in the study of life science,isozyme technique is extensively applied to the domains of agriculture,medicine and biology etc.This paper reviewed the application of isozyme technique in citrus studies and suggests some aspects that should pay attention to,which can provide reference for relevant studies in the future. |
