摘 要: | 建立了溶剂萃取-火焰原子吸收光谱法测定指甲中Cu,Zn,Fe,Cd的分析方法,考察了影响萃取率和分析灵敏度的实验条件并进行了优化.以邻菲罗啉为金属螯合剂,高氯酸钠为配体,在一定酸度下以1,2-二氯乙烷为萃取剂,利用火焰原子吸收光谱测定了指甲中四种金属元素的含量,回收率在93%~106%之间,方法准确、可靠、简便.

Determination of Cu, Zn, Fe and Cd in Finger Nails by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry with Solvent Extraction Technique |

Abstract: | A method was proposed for the determination of Cu, Zn, Fe and Cd in finger nails in this paper with flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS) using solvent extraction technique. The experimental conditions which affect the extraction efficiency and the sensitivity of the method were investigated and optimized. The proposed method was applied to the determination of Cu, Zn, Cd and Fe in finger nails with a recovery range of 93%~106%. |
