摘    要:邻区关系的自动建立和更新作为SON(self-organized network)的一个重要方面,直接影响到网络的整体性能和切换性能。基于传统的邻区列表优化方法,通过对传统邻区流程添加自优化功能,提出了一种新的邻区列表优化方法。在核心网和基站间建立X2接口连接,并通过对该接口中的连接信息进行分析和判断,解决PCI(physi-cal cell identity)冲突及PCI不稳定问题。仿真结果表明,该方法能够自动完成邻区列表更新,解决邻区列表的不合理配置,并且能够提高切换成功率,减小小区掉话率。

Abstract:As another important aspect of SON(self-organized network), automatic neighbor relation establishment and update affects the overall performance of the network and the network handover performance. According to the traditional neighbor list optimized method and inadequacy, a kind of automatic neighbor list optimize algorithm was proposed by adding the optimization function into the traditional adjacent area process. The proposed algorithm set up X2 interface connection between the core network and base station. Then we analysed the messages of X2 interface to solve PCI (physical cell identity) conflict and PCI instability problems. Simulation results show that this algorithm can automatically finish neighbor list update, solve the unreasonable configuration of neighbor list. It can also improve the handover success rate and reduce the call drop rate.
