| 摘 要： | 对运动竞赛纳入大学体育与健康课程内容的实践进行了总结和分析 ,指出通过这一手段 ,一方面能培养学生的竞争意识和顽强的拼搏精神 ,另一方面也能促使学生加强锻炼 ,养成积极健康的生活习惯 ,并就如何实现这一改革提出了切实可行的配套措施

| Abstract: | The teaching reform practice of taking the sports compe ti tions into the sport_health course in college has been summarized. It can not on ly enhance the students' competitive conciousness and combatant spivits but also promote the student to do more physical exercises, developed active and healthy habits. The insuring ineasures for realizing this reform, which are practical a nd feasible, have been put forward in this paper. |
