| 摘 要： | 微格教学是师范院校训练学生教学技能的重要手段,是师范院校在教法课教学中贯彻素质教育的一个重要途径.但目前微格教学要在师范院校中大面积有效开展,还存在许多问题.本文针对这一问题,依托计算机网络,提出了微格实验室的开放式管理模式,阐述了开放式管理模式实施步骤,所需的构造环境及其优越性.

| Abstract: | Microteaching is an important means not only for improving the teaching skills of the students at teachers'college,but also for carrying out the quality education.At present,there exist many problems in promoting effective microteaching in wide range at teachers colleges,however,in order to solve those problems,the paper,counting on computer networks,puts forward the idea of an open model for administrating microteaching labs,elaborates the procedures and essentials for implementing it,and states its superiority as well. |
