| 摘 要： | 在体育教学活动中运动损伤的发生,会给学生造成生理上的痛苦、心理上的负担,严重地影响了学生的正常学习和生活。因此,本文详细分析了体育教学中运动损伤产生的原因,并提出可行的预防措施,以达到减少体育教学中运动损伤发生的目的。
