二维电流连续性方程最佳离散方法

摘    要:该文提出了一种既简单又新颖的离散二维电流连续性方程的有限差分方法,这种方法能完全消除数值振荡,有效地减小侧风效应,与经典多维S-G方法和SUPG方法相比,该方法具有更好的数值特性。

Abstract:This paper presents a simple and novel finite difference scheme for the two-dimonsional current continuity equatiOn, which can preclude nonphysicaloscillations and effcient1y reduce the crosswind effect.In comparison with theclassical multidimensional S-G scheme and the SUPG scheme the present schemeexhibits bettr numerical properties,so it can be applied in computer simulationof semiconductor devices.
