电磁式作动器主动振动控制的理论原理及控制策略

摘    要:对电磁式作动器主动振动控制的理论原理及控制策略进行了研究。建立了系统的实验模型,用传递函数分析法导出了系统振动传递率和稳定工作时各种反馈变量增益值的限定范围,并用计算机仿真法详细讨论了系统在各种反馈变量条件下,以及不同增益条件下的主动振动控制性能,结果表明:在低频和宽频激振条件下,采用绝对位移、绝对速度、相对位移组合反馈时,具有较好的减振效果

Abstract:The mechanisms of active vibration control using an electromagnetic actuatorare investigated in this paper.The system test model is built.The vibrationtransmissibility is derived from the model by means of transfer function analysis.To determine the limited gain values of various feedback variables,the stabilityanalysis of the active control system is carried out The vibration-isolationcharacteristics of the active vibration control system of the single freedom degreeare discussed using an electromagnetic actuator for various variables and variousfeedback gain valnes with computer simulation.It si shown by analysis resultsthat the combined feedback variable method based on absolute position,absolutevelocity and relative position variables has an effective vibration isolationproperty even in the condition of the low and wide frequencies.
